The RD, made of special steel using particular techniques, is the ideal tool for in-depth tilling; complete with a ball (for the drainage hole), it is perfect for draining the soil, facilitating the water’s penetration and its return to the surface in case of drought, with great benefits for crop productivity.

Other uses and advantages of the subsoiler:

• it makes the soil permeable;
• it allows for work due at the start of the season to be done in advance;
• it breaks up particularly tough soils, makes ploughing easier and cheaper;
• it works on two levels, i.e. in-depth tilling plus surface ploughing with a multiple-bottom plough.

The anchors are adjustable and thus allow for working at different depths.
